Learn how to use predefined workspaces in Refly to manage different teams and data efficiently.
Introduction to Workspaces
Refly includes predefined Workspaces, allowing you to manage different departments or teams within a single account. Workspaces help you organize data, insights, and improvements for specific teams such as Customer Service, Marketing, and IT Infrastructure.
Why Use Workspaces?
- Better Organization – Keep data separate for different teams to reduce clutter.
- Focused Insights – Analyze customer interactions and analytics within each workspace.
- Improved Collaboration – Access team-specific data without unnecessary noise.
Switching Between Workspaces
To switch between workspaces:
Open the Workspace Switcher
- Click on the Workspace Switcher in the top-left corner.
- A dropdown menu will display the available predefined workspaces.
Select a Workspace
- Click on the desired workspace (e.g., Customer Service or Marketing).
- Your dashboard will refresh to show data relevant to the selected workspace.
Understanding Workspace Structure
Each workspace is structured to provide role-specific insights:
- Customer Service – Focuses on inquiries, sentiment analysis, and support interactions.
- Marketing – Tracks engagement, campaign insights, and customer trends.
- IT Infrastructure – Monitors technical interactions and service reliability.
Since workspaces are predefined, all users will have access to the relevant workspace(s) based on their role.
