Onboarding Guide

Welcome to Refly! Follow these steps to get started.

Scenario 1: You Have Been Invited to Join a Company

Sign Up for an Account

  • Visit the Refly sign-up page.
  • Complete the registration form with your details.
  • Verify your email address to activate your account.

Pending Invitations

  • After successfully signing up, any pending invitations to join a company will be displayed.
  • Review the list of invitations.

Accept or Reject Invitations

  • Choose to accept or reject each invitation.
  • If you accept an invitation, you will be added to the respective company.

Access the Dashboard

  • If you have accepted an invitation to join at least one company, you can immediately access the dashboard.
  • Start working on the assistant and explore the features available.

Scenario 2: You Need to Set Up a New Company

Sign Up for an Account

  • Visit the Refly sign-up page.
  • Complete the registration form with your details.
  • Verify your email address to activate your account.

No Pending Invitations

  • If you do not have any pending invitations, you will need to set up your first company.

Onboarding Process

  • Follow the guided onboarding steps to set up your new company:
    • Company Information: Enter your company name and basic details.
    • Integration Setup: Connect your customer service channels (e.g., email, social media, chat widgets).
    • AI Training: Upload necessary documents and data to train the AI.
    • Customization: Customize the AI settings to fit your specific business needs.

Access the Dashboard

  • Once the onboarding process is complete, you can access the dashboard.
  • Start building and managing your customer service assistant.
